Halfacre Home – In Production
This project is an example of success through active collaboration with the client. Casual interactions through her Facebook account suddenly created a global demand for her products. With a solid customer base already established she needed an online presence to bring her products easily to her customers. As a skilled digital artist, she already had her design concepts prepared, she just needed to bring them to the web. We worked together to build this fantastic site with custom designed feature pages and a fully functional online store with her personally designed facade to get just the web presence she was after and a store manager in the back end so she can manage her business herself.
Food Business Stategies
This client contacted us needing a site built over the course of a weekend. He needed a platform to promote and sell a product he would be offering to some potential clients the following week. We dismantled his GoDaddy site and used some of his design ideas and all of his content to design, host, put up over the course of two days. Since then we've managed this site making necessary changes and keeping the content fresh.
Mark Lopez Photography & Video
Mark Lopez is an artist and photographer with a fantastic instinct for capturing the perfect moments as visual impressions with his camera. His experience is extensive and wide ranging, from Pompeii to the Himalayas to the bustling streets of his home city of Chicago. Hand-Eye Media is excited to be working with Mark to provide captivating imagery for our clients. Here is the site we built as a showcase for his work and to give him a place to share his talent.
Clements Association
The client is a Christian Science teacher who wanted to create a site to act as a social hub for her students both passing information to them about events and messages from the teacher as well as allowing the students themselves to contribute information to the group. The site also serves as an archive for the teacher's and students' articles and audio interviews. We provided them with a series of static pages at the core with a dynamic forum attached for members to add their own voices to the discussion. Clements Association is private community so part of their site design includes a username-password requirement to proceed beyond the first page. Hand-Eye Media hosts and manages the site providing free updates and support for their forums.
ReMax Integrity
ReMax Integrity in Phoenix, Arizona had a support site they used as an archive for important forms and documents the agents in their offices frequently used. The site was functional but they were not maximizing the potential for its operation and were finding that their competition was using their documents archive as well. First we set up a username-password gateway to protect the site contents from non-members. The documents themselves are scanned forms available in pdf format at the site. We converted those scanned pages into dynamic forms the agents can fill out online and send to any email address. The agents can now send the forms to buyers, sellers and property owners to be quickly filled out and sent back utilizing an email button we added. Their documents are cleaner and easier to read, they are all up to date, they all have the same letterhead and identification, links in the content are navigable for quick online browsing and they are all readily available to any ReMax Integrity personnel. Business processes have been greatly enhanced. We also gave the site a facelift (hover over the screenshot to see the difference) to make it more current with web standards.
Daisyporter.org: Queer YA
This project was a professional blog redesign. The client was using a free Blogger interface but wanted a site with her own domain and a lot more performance flexibility. We were able to create her a banner and logo and set up a custom designed blog with all of the features she needed to manage a creditable literary review site. Hand-Eye Media manages Daisyporter.org and have provided support answering questions or performing free changes.
Second Church of Christ, Scientist
The client is a local church. They had a very basic site, but they wanted a design that was more appealing while still imparting the information they wanted for the community. They also needed a site administrator to make regular updates as news and events changed. The site was a basic design so it was built quickly and inexpensively and with the hosting plan they chose we make weekly changes to the site at their direction to keep their site fresh and up to date at no additional cost.
JR Electric
The client is a local small business. He wanted a very basic web presence with minimal maintenance which we were able to provide at a low cost. In a short time he started acquiring new business from hits to his site.
